Go ahead: The fact that you're willing to drink only minimally-alcoholic drinks tells me that you're not a problem drinker and that your fatty liver may have a different cause. I trust hepatitis c and wilson's have been ruled out. The most common cause of fatty liver nowadays is lack of sufficient exercise for your body's genetic need. Why drink near-beer when you could be hitting the gym like a maniac?
