Depends...: It depends why you are bleeding twice a month. Some women bleed midcycle when they ovulate. These women can easily get pregnant. Other women bleed twice a month because they are usually not ovulating. For these women, it is less likely to get pregnant but not impossible because these women will occasionally ovulate.
