How come some women didn't know they were pregnant? are you always bleeding every month even though your pregnant? how is that possible?

There can be: Some bleeding during pregnancy but, in my opinion, there is the issue of denial and maybe some don't know. Think about it, if there is no good time to mention it, you show up, no care, everyone's looking at you, now with baby, what would you say? That's gotta be a significant number.
