Does girls still grow 2 years after getting their period?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hard to say: Generally, a girl can expect 2.5 inches of additional linear growth after first menses. Usually this comes in the year following the first cycle. It slows considerably and stops as the hormonal effect regulating menses continues. In theory one could grow slowly for a while longer but not much.
