No: One raw egg will have no effect on your sleep whatsoever. Many raw eggs ( yolks and all) has been touted by some as a sedative at high doses (6-12 eggs) because of nutrients in the eggs that boost serotonin. Beware of the possibility of infected eggs.

No: Drinking a raw egg will not automatically keep you awake. However, it may not taste very good -- so is unlikely to soothe you to a relaxing sleep either.
