Talk to your doc: Worrying does not help at all and is an energy drain. Simple things to start: be grateful for all that is right. Look at what you are good at and focus on that. Create a budget if you do not have one. Find free things to do for entertainment. Check out eft (emotional freedom technique) on one. Deep breathing helps relax and decrease worrying. And talk to your doctor.
