See an Ob/Gyn: Small labial cysts can usually be removed in the office by your Ob/Gyn. Larger cysts may require a trip to the operating room. Best wishes!

See gynecologist: It is important to determine the nature of the cysts. In most instances they may require excision for permanent resolution if truly a "cyst" in order to remove the cyst lining and prevent recurrence. However they may be blisters or an infection thy may be treated without surgery. Your gynecologist is best qualified to make this distinction
