Do herpes blisters always burst or does being on the antiviral prevent that? ive had these bumps on inner labia for a few days and was told herpes but no pain or bursting yet. could they be cysts instead?

Herpes: This is the kind of complaint that requires in person evaluation, i.e., a gym exam.
Having said that, if you have had herpes in that area then empiric treatment with an oral antiherpetic medication would be reasonable.
Not all labial bumps are herpes!
