Depends on its stage: Treatments are based on the stage of cancer. For stage 1 or 2 it is often radiotherapy. Surgery to rmeove the tumor may also be an option. Chemotherapy is often used if the voice can be saved but it takes combined use of chemo and radiotherapy(chemoradiation) which is the most commonly used approach for bigger tumors(stage 3 and 4).
