Banged my head really hard should i go to the hospital?

Probably not: Did you knock yourself out? Is there just a bump or did you open the skin and there is bleeding? Are you fully conscious and aware of things and is there no problem with your thinking? Use these as guidelines as to whether an er should be consulted.
