Popping pimples: Blood tinged or clear fluid often will be produced any time the skin is wounded, particularly by 'squeezing' a pimple. Often this process is over-exuberant and damages surrounding tissue as well, which can lead to prominent scarring. Try to find a skin care regimen that doesnt rely on squeezing - this will minimize your long-term scarring.
