Abscessed baby tooth with no pain or boil, is this normal?

See a dentist: Most likely, what you are seeing is something called an eruption cyst. Eruption cysts are not uncommon and are nothing to worry about. However, you must go to a dentist to determine if, in fact, this is an eruption cyst.

A good question: An abscess is not a normal. One can have an infection without pain. What's important is to have this tooth evaluated by a dentist who can accurately determine what's present and whether or not treatment is appropriate. No one can accurately diagnose this type of situation without an actual clinical examination.
