Can be.: While some patients spot early in pregnancy most do not. While bleeding is never a good sign not often a sign of trouble. If increases or develop significant cramping should either check blood pregnancy levels to make sure rising appropriately and/or sono to make sure developing normally. Unfortunately if a sigh of impending miscarriage you cannot stop it. Try not to worry since could be fine.
