Sure: That's pretty specific to say you damaged your tunica, however. That's just a thin membrane encasing your testicle and not really subject to intrinsic injury. It is the sac that makes a hydrocele which is probably what you have.

Hydrocele: Hydrocele consists of fluid accumulation within tunica vaginalis, which surrounds testis. A communicating hydrocele , very rare in adults, can result in hyrocele deflating whilst recumbent ; enlarging when up ; about during the day. Damage to tunica vaginalis could result in a one time swelling which resolves with time but unlikely intermittent swelling.
