30 min/day is great: 30 minutes a day is just what the doctor ordered. National guidelines recommend 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity activity, like brisk walking. So 5 days a week is fine. Or you could do it on 3 weekdays and the weekend. And resistance training is recommended twice a week.

Walk/Jog: 30 minutes is perfect for some exercise. 5 minutes to warm up and stretch. 20 minutes of walking or running or calistenics (jumping jacks, running in place, push ups) and 5 minutes of cool down. If that is all you have then you still get a workout in each day. Thats great.
