Abdominal pain: If you have a missed period and lower abdominal pain you need medical evaluation immediately. Although Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) can in few instances cause GI upset. I will not assume it is augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate). See your doctor asap.
