Mouse droppings : While this is likely allergy from dust and possibly mouse dander, there are some diseases that are rare that can be transmitted by rodent droppings (hantavirus, leptosirosis, lymphocytic chorionic meningitis, and others). I would take a Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and pay attention to symptoms like fever, shortness of breath or severe headache. See a doctor if you get any of these. But is most likely just allergy.

Keep a close watch: I expect you're having an allergic reaction. If you have benadryl, (diphenhydramine) take it according to directions and pay close attention to changes in symptoms - better, worse, new, timing. Be prepared to make an er visit if there's a turn for the worse - especially with respect to breathing. As it's not worse yet, i hope the Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will get you past this episode, but consider a protective mask for shit-work.
