Kneecap pain: Your c/o are classic for kneecap pain or chondromalacia patella. It is an inflammation of the joint in between your patella and your femur. Getting up from a low seated position puts the most strain/pressure on this joint especially if you have been seated for a while.Also know as the "movie" sign.
