If no fever, OTC med: If you have no fever, the most common cause is a viral infection. Take Imodium (loperamide) (an OTC medicine for diarrhea) and something for the stomach pain, such as Prilosec. If you have diarrhea more than 6 times a day, fever, or if it doesn't start to settle down by tomorrow, call your physician for an appointment or for management recommendations
