How to know how bad a head injury is and what to do if woozy?

Unconsciousness: Head injury severity is determined by the duration of symptoms following the injury. If you have wooziness for less than 15 minutes you are probably ok, if it lasts longer than an hour it is more serious, if you are unaware of your surroundings for more than a day it is very serious.
