Not related : Shingles is activation of virus that is already dormant in your spinal nerves. The swollen lymph nodes in your groin are likely reacting to an irritation or infection someplace in the lower extremities. Since you have RA your immune system doesn't react normally so you need to pay close attention to anything like swollen nodes and try to figure out the cause.
