There is no one best: Treatment. There are many different reasons for hair loss. Recommend dermatology evaluation to determine cause. Once the cause is determined, then a tailored treatment plan will be made for you.

Alopecia: It really depends on the type of alopecia. With autoimmune alopecia, like areata, direct steroid injection into the affected area can work. Get rest, exercise and eat right as well for your general well being.
