There's more to it: Items labeled "homeopathic" can have all sorts of ingredients, because they are sold as supplements, teas, etc..., and are not real, tested medications regulated by the fda. That means an item can have the word "homeopathic" on the label because the maker feels the item will sell better that way. Such items that have effects beyond placebo are likely due to additional, non-homeopathic ingredients.
