Don't wait: If you have a tooth abscess start your antibiotics - zpak is not my first choice however, consider clindamycin.

No interaction: Flu shot to prevent virus. Antibiotic to control bacterial infection. Will not interact. Understand that antibiotic will not cure the infected abscessed tooth, only control the infection. Tooth will require root canal treatment or extraction, depending on the event of the destruction. Please follow your dentist's advice to the letter.
