Yes and no: Obviously sensitivity is lost in skin removed after circumcision, but glans penis (most sensitive part of penis) is exposed to more friction ; thus more overall sensation when no longer sheathed by foreskin. Frenulum is very sensitive, but not necessarily pleasureable, thus removal during circumcision, which i do, does not adversely affect the subject.
