Don't know: With your hx, the chances of re-blockage can occur. You need to start out getting a doppler flow study to measure what is known as an abi if we suspect a blocked pad. Ultimately so, you would need an arteriogram and a consultation with a vascular surgeon.

Could be: With pad and stents in your legs "years ago" and "many other health conditions", i would worry about claudication. Please get seen asap for eval.

Possibly: Your history suggests recurrence or worsening of your pad. You may need doppler studies, and possibly angiogram to find out. So it's time to visit your vascular doctor to examine you and help you. Don't delay.
