Rheumatoid related?: It's a vague compilation of symptoms to pinpoint the diagnosis. Could be isolated as well, but also could be a rheumatoid related condition that can be autoimmune in nature. If not, your r face pain could be a complication from your tooth extraction, r kidney could be stone or some referred pain from the muscles, l ankle i'm uncertain. Seek an internist for further help on your illness.

Kidney and ankle: You may have several things going on and will likely have several doc's working with you. Start with the family doc and head to your podiatrist for the ankle . All the doc's will work together for you.
