This is more: Personal issue than medical . As long as your body and the garment is clean you may change it as you find it fit . There is no set rule as to how frequently this kind of personal items should be changed . They should be individualized . In lactating moms , they need to be changed probably several times a day

Consider changing: Bra daily if you perspire heavily under breasts, have odor /fungus under breasts (ie. Intertrigo), are working out arduously or are lactating.

Buy expanders: The best advice i got was to buy these little expanders for the back of the bras. Get a saleswoman who has had kids to help you.

Alternatives: Underwire bras cause lots of problems. The major one is that they set off the metal detectors at the airport. That means that american enterprise has already found a solution for you.

Get properly fitted: Find a store in your area who have sales personnel that can properly measure and size you and then can recommend an appropriate bra for you to wear to give you the best support for your planned activities and breast size. A bra cannot, however, "un-do" sag that has already developed but it can help it from getting worse.
