Yes but why: Most find it more comfortable to not wear such a binding around their chest in order to sleep better at night. But if you have some personal reasons to do so, and are not allergic to the metal in the clasp, then go for it.

It is recommended that a bra worn for sleep have a soft cup without under-wire or metal clasps. A shelf or cross-over design is also recommended. Bras worn for sleep are made.
