OVER SEDATION: All three Meds cause sedation. Try to space out dosages. Zyrtec& Allegra (fexofenadine) are better for allergies and less sedating. Follow up with your prescribing doctor, if pain is worsening causing insomnia, you may need Meds adjustment. IE gabapentin at bedtime. Or long acting narcotics like Fentanyl patch.
