I have a 1mm ovarian cyst, with pelvic pain, sciatic pain, pain with sex, nausea, plus others. not a uti or pregnant. could it all be from the cyst?

Unlikely: 1mm ovarian cysts are tiny and smaller than the usual follicular ovarian cyst which rupture to free the ovum released during ovulation.
