Xl3 + Xanax (alprazolam): This contains tylenol, (acetaminophen) phenylephrine (decongestant), and clorpheniramine maleate (antihistamine). The phenylephrine may keep you awake, so taking the xanax will help counteract that, the Chlorpheniramine Maleate is a mildly sedating antihistamine. You can take the xanax, but i would not work around dangerous machinery or drive afterwards until you see how they interact. I don't expect any problem.

Careful: Xl3 has a sedating antihistamine - chlorpheniramine - which will have additive effects with alprazolam. If it's tonight before bed you'll be okay, just don't drive or anything while using both.
