Do you have cough?: If you took Alprazolam - combination with NyQuil can make you very sedated. Nyquil is OTC cough remedy. You can go without it and use alternatives. Fluids, tea and honey. Warm bath with eucalyptus oil, humidifier. Unless you have trouble to breath, asthma or fever .. than you should be seen by doctor.Otherwise if you took alprazolam - keep well hydrated and get good nigh sleep. Follow up with MD
