A member asked:

Is it possible for 30mg vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) to leave the body in 48 hours? or less?

5x 10-13 hours : If you are using it regularly this is how long it would take to leave the body: 50-65 hours. There is no way to speed it up. This sounds like you took someone else's vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and are now going to be tested. Never ever take someone else's meds. This one would be a felony. It sounds like it may cost a job. Is this really what you want to do with your life. Please get help if you can't stop this alone.

Yes: If you are talking about the clinical effect, that is usually over after about twelve hours. If you are asking about taking a blood test and whether that will show up, i usually recommend 48 to 72 hours. So is it possible, yes.
