Cryptococcus albidus: Perhaps you have had trouble finding due to incorrect spelling: here is a link to a wikipedia articlehttp://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/cryptococcus. Apparently lung or soft tissue infections may occur from this yeast species, more commonly in immune compromised patients.

Need more info......: Crytococcus albidus is a fungus (yeast) found in soil. It is possible to find it on someone's skin or other body part that is not sterile and it would mean nothing. It only tends to cause infection in people with poor immune systems (e.g., hiv, chemotherapy) and then it is usually found in the blood or spinal fluid and treated in a hospital setting.
