NSAIDs: Drugs like nsaids (ibuprofen, aleve (naproxen) etc) tend to irritate the stomach and this may be the problem. If you had taken only acetaminophen, then the answer may be different. However when your stomach is already irritated, try to avoid spices temporarily.
