Rx for symptoms GI: It appears as if you might have acute gastritis, with an increase of HCL acid in your stomach and growling, reflux, discomfort. Treatment is to stay away from milk, spices and acidic foods that make those symptoms worse: ie OJ, salsa, curry and milk products.
