Seek care: Seeing patients with vomiting and diarrhea, they are typically quite dehydrated and need help getting their salts and fluids replenished. I recommend seeing your doctor or go to an urgent care center for evaluation. What you may have, as examples, some sort of viral infection, food poisoning, or adverse drug effect/ interaction.
