My 10 yr old has had stomach pains for over a week. started passing loud gas, bad smell throwing up, fever 100, and diarrhea . appendicitis maybe?

Appendicitis: Always possible, but would expect worsening abdominal pain and symptoms after a week of this already. Lots of stomach bugs going around right now, but with a week of this, they should really be evaluated by their pediatrician.

Probable not: Appendicitis usually comes out rather quickly.If your kid can walk around upright it is unlikely an appi. Vomiting, gas and diarrhea are more likely a virus or food reaction. If he gets to where he can't walk around or keep up with his fluid intake he should be seen.
