Healing: If this is not diabetes or circulation related, then topical healing creams would help. I would recommend looking into a product called winvivo healing balm. It works very well on any wound.

Keep it covered: If it is a deep cut you need to have a physician check it out. If it is superficial use an antibiotic ointment and cover with a band aid until it is healed.
