Alexander Reyzelman, DPM, is an associate professor in the Department of Medicine at the
California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University. Dr. Reyzelman specializes
in the treatment of non-healing diabetic foot wounds and complex diabetic foot salvage
procedures. He has authored multiple publications in the field of wound care and has been one of
the lead principal investigators in most of the diabetic foot ulcer trials during the past decade.
Dr. Reyzelman is board certified in foot surgery and a fellow of the American College of Foot and
Ankle Surgeons.
