Talk to doctor: Second question first: a headache is a symptom, not a diagnosis. There are many kinds of headaches, due to many different causes. A migraine headache is a specific kind of headache. In my practice, i can't recall any patients getting headaches on either paroxetine or clonazepam, so i'm not sure they are connected. Please discuss this with your treating physician, who can answer these questions.
