Could be trouble...: A person with lots of bruises, but with no reason for them... Plus extreme fatigue... And pain in the left abdomen (the spleen is on the left)... Plus aching arms and legs... Could have something bad going on in the blood. The platelets could be very low, making it hard for the blood to clot. A doctor needs to check in such a situation. If one has no doctor, then the E.R. Is the place to go now.
