4-6 weeks: Why is a 23 yo asking the question? Recovery is faster than totals. But, it is still dependent on proper technique. In general, the procedure is for patients with isolated one compartment arthritis. Recovery is relatively short, and you can slowly resume all activities. Still, running, and heavy stress on the knee should be tempered to try to prolong the life of the joint.

Very young: Partial knee replacements are very successful and predictable surgeries. My biggest concern is that you are VERY young for a partial knee replacement. I would make sure that you explore all options before proceeding with that extent of surgery.
