Record it: An ekg done while you are having tachycardia, or a 24h holter or longer event recorder will define it. You can't be sure by the way it feels.

Svt: best to ask your doc. An ECG obtained during your tachycardia will be necessary. Thus might be done with an ECG, Holter or event recorder, rarely an ILR.
