Normal Panic attack: This feeling is normal after a panic attack. Unfortunaely, we often talk about the feelings that occur during the panic, but devote little time to the fact that the post-panic state is not too different from a post-seizure state for some people. It is not uncommmon to feel excesisively drained, disconnected and to feel lethargic. This is a normal post-panic state.

Common: Most people have a 'crash' after intense anxiety. The heart rate and blood pressure drop to native levels and the Adrenalin in the system has worn off. They used to call it 'nervous exhaustion'.
