URI: You appear to have a basic upper respiratory infection (uri), which may be a pharyngitis (including a strept throat, etc). The fact that it hurts to swallow points to a throat infection (URI) and not necessarily sinus. Best to see the dr. To ascertain whether your infection is bacterial or viral, the foremore which may require antibiotics. Best wishes.
