Spot reducing: Body fat is lost by increasing metabolism, and unfortunately you can not spot reduce. Ie you can not do abdominal exercise to loose abdominal fat. The fat is deposited and can be removed by weight loss. General rule, last place fat gained is the first to go and the the first place gained is the last to go. Weight loss is a result of decrease intake and increase activity.
