Nasal feeding tubes: Absolutely. But generally the congestion will only be on the side with the tube. When a tube is passing through the nose it may cause local inflammation from the tube rubbing against surfaces. The inflammation then allows fluid to leak from blood vessels in the area and could cause some congestion.
