Been on aviane bc for 1 year, it is the second week of the pack and i have heavy bleeding already, and bad bloating and cramps, what could be wrong?

If not then schedule a visit to discuss changing brands or changing birth control methods. This is very common. Other than being annoying it is not dangerous. The pill is still effective.
